I’m a Pilates Teacher of Teachers and lifelong learner, passionate about helping other thrive. With years of teaching experience, hundreds of hours spent in continuing education and a deep love for the Pilates Method, I’ve created programs that empower teachers to teach with confidence, clarity, and curiosity.

I am Classically trained through both the Romana Kryzanowska & Jay Grimes lineages. Both of my primary teachers are 2nd Generation and I also had the privelege of training with Jay Grimes himself. I continue to invest in my own professional development because I know that the learning never ends.

Also known as Spectrum Pilates, I co-own a thriving Pilates studio in Vancouver, BC (The Pilates Collective), offer several online pograms, co-host the annual Pilates Weekend in Whistler, plus guest teach at conferences and retreats.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me playing in the mountains, diving into my own practice, or exploring new ways to make Pilates accessible and impactful for everyone.
